QUARTERLY GOALS

Why are Quarterly Goals important?

  1. As you know, Consistency Compounds and Persistency Prevails/Pays Off.
  2. We also know that we are 40% more likely to achieve a goal simply by naming the goal and having a clear plan of action to reach the outcome.
  3. To be promoted, we must level-up our our performance and stretch ourselves to reach the expectations of the next role

So much of what our Company does revolves around our Sales Team, Data Integrity being one of those things. Our internal partners, such as case managers (virtual and in-person), aftercare discharge planning, referral out, etc., rely on our data to be accurate for all Partner Accounts listed in Salesforce. Accurate information ensures a smooth transition for our patients to community partners and boosts their chances of success in recovery. Inaccurate information can easily cause frustrations and delays in vital services needed by patients.

Therefore, all Sales Team members are responsible for keeping all Partner Account information in Salesforce complete and accurate. Data integrity is a monthly metric tied to your performance so let's review the details below so we can get it right every time.
